im officially gonna die after tonight.

i have a 160GB external hard drive that i store all my music and pictures from the past 3 yrs on. all of that is gone now. i accidentally wiped out the external drive and ive been trying like mad to recover all those files to no avail. i had about 100GB of music files on there, all my mixes, all the LP stuff i had.. gone. pictures from 2003 to now that ive taken.. all gone. ive been using different data recovery programs to recover that info but everything that ive recovered is either fucked up (music files named one thing but playing another) or not viewable. all the party pics i recovered.. id say about 95% of them arent viewable. im about ready to shoot myself.
